ELVIS Services GmbH, a property management company founded in 2017 with 5 employees, offers cleaning and garden maintenance services to clients in the Zurich, Schwyz, Zug, and Lucerne area.
We are currently seeking a dynamic, flexible, and competent individual to join our property management team as soon as possible.
Caretaker team member (30% – 100%) on an hourly basis
Your tasks:
As a member of the building maintenance team, you will perform the respective building maintenance tasks on a weekly rotation according to the job description for the assigned property. You will inspect and clean the property as needed. The focus will be on cleaning the stairwell, basement corridors, laundry room and drying rooms, as well as the entire entrance area. For outdoor areas, you will be responsible for cleaning access paths, removing litter, and keeping the basement entrances clean. After the initial training period, you will independently maintain the property and report your hours worked.
Your profile:
- Completed vocational training or
- Professional experience in cleaning (building maintenance and room cleaning)
- Willingness to complete training as a building manager with a federal certificate. Professional certificate (or already possess one)
- Manual dexterity
- Good written and spoken German skills
- Service-oriented mindset and team player
- Gardening experience is a plus
- Category B driver's license is an advantage
